Glenn Laughlin is an experienced litigator focussing primarily on the areas of civil litigation, specifically in the following fields:
Family Law, including separations, divorces, custody and access issues, support issues, a division of property and mediations.
Business and Corporate disputes, including commercial litigation, shareholder litigation, and tax litigation.
Estate Litigation, including contested wills, breaches of trust, mental capacity issues and elder abuse.
In addition to being a seasoned trial lawyer, Glenn Laughlin is also a fully accredited family law mediator, family arbitrator, and parenting coordinator. His approach to legal disputes is that while it is often necessary to take a firm stand, it is important not to lose sight of the larger issues, whether in a business or family context. He has practiced across Western Canada in both large and small firms, as well as in private industry, and has served the Port Coquitlam, Coquitlam, and Port Moody communities for over a decade.
